授業内容
This course is a continuation of Practical Management Theory I (international exchange students enrolling from the second semester may also take the course). The contents will cover theories behind various topics related to Japanese style management. It will be a combination of lectures, student presentations and discussion. The first half will be comprised of lectures and students giving presentations on assigned readings. The second half will invite several business executives, each from different local companies to lecture on aspects of the industry in general as well as on specific issues of management and strategy. A separate visit to each of the companies will also be arranged.
