授業内容
This course covers human resource management (HRM), which focuses on the human aspect of management and which is important regardless of the size and ownership structure of the organizations. After introducing its foundations, specific areas of HRM are lectured, such as recruitment, placement, talent management, training and development, compensation as well as global human resources and HRM in small and entrepreneurial firms from a crossover perspective.

The course objective is to enable students to understand the abovementioned issues comprehensively and acquire basic level knowledge on theories and practices as well as skills on how to implement practices regarding HRM.
