授業内容
This course covers human resource management (HRM), which focuses on the human aspect of management and is important regardless of an organization's size or ownership structure. After introducing its foundations, the course covers specific areas of HRM, including strategy, planning and analytics, DEI, job analysis/design, talent acquisition, training/development, compensation/benefits, performance management, health/safety, labor relations, global HRs and HR professional practices. Moreover, HRM in Japan is discussed in greater detail.
