概要
This study explores organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Japanese organizations from the ethnographic perspective. Preceding studies demonstrated that OCB improved the organization’s effectiveness while reducing absenteeism and reducing stressors its members. The findings that OCB is routinely practiced in Japanese organizations and is thus often out of scope for studies in Japan.
